These terms govern your use of xealai.com and XealAI services offered by Xeal Publishing LLC (“we,” “us”). By purchasing or using XealAI, you agree to these terms.

The service

XealAI provides voice answering and booking, optional automation, reputation tools, and marketing features depending on your plan. Features may evolve. We will not reduce paid plan value without notice.

Plans, billing, and usage

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Included phone minutes and overage rates are described on the plans page. SMS, iMessage, and email campaign usage are billed separately. Founding-partner setup waivers require a 1-year agreement as stated at purchase.

Cancellation

Where advertised, you may cancel within the first 60 days. After that period, cancellations follow the term you selected at checkout. Contact [email protected] for account changes.

Acceptable use

You will use XealAI for lawful business communications, comply with call recording and messaging consent rules in your jurisdictions, and provide accurate scripts and business information.

Disclaimer

Results (booked jobs, answer rates, revenue) vary by industry, volume, and how you use the service. We provide the tools and configuration; outcomes are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
